Alexandra Redpath - REDI Training

Alexandra Redpath - Managing Director set up R.E.D.I. in 2005 because she wanted to provide the very best in First Aid training not only to healthcare professionals but also to parents and childcare professionals so they can cope with a medical emergency. She has a wealth of experience in Accident & Emergency, Paediatrics and Educational nursing. She is an instructor on the ALS, APLS, EPLS, ILS, PLS and GIC Courses. Alexandra has worked her way up through the dizzy heights of management but her heart has always been in clinical work so she is now working as a Sister in a leading central London Paediatric A&E. Her keen sense of humour and presence allow those who she trains and those who work with her to relax, enjoy and get the very best out of First Aid Training. In her free time she can be found in the West End watching ballet (and dreaming of be able to touch her toes!) or walking her two Labradors.

Dan Harris - Medical Director joined our team 2 years ago, he and Alexandra have worked together since 2000. He is an instructor in ALS, APLS and ATLS. Dan has worked at St Marys Paddington, University College Hospital, the Royal London, Chelsea & Westminster, Ealing, Hillingdon and West Midd A&E departments during his training (that would be most of London main teaching A&E depts.!!), he is now Lead Consultant at Kingston A&E dept. He is band doctor for Feeder, Ash, Fratellis and Muse along with being Medical Advisor to the Hells Angels, Solve-It and several governments’ advisory groups. He is married to a Pantene hair model and has 2 wonderful sons. In his free time he regularly presents, teaches or writes articles!

Gavin is one our most experienced trainers and supports new trainers starting with R.E.D.I. Gavin started his nurse training in Newcastle in 1983 then pursued a career in Accident and Emergency and Aviation Medicine. He currently works part time as a Clinical Site Manager at the large teaching hospital in east London. Gavin is an instructor on ALS, APLS, ILS, PLS and GIC courses and remembers Alexandra when she was a nervous candidate and learning to teach. When not working for R.E.D.I., Gavin flies the world working as a flight nurse repatriating ill and injured travelers. He absolutely loves karaoke but can't sing for toffee!
