All our clients are asked to give feedback on their training session. We ask for comments on their expectations, what they enjoyed and how the class could be improved. We also check that the administration, timings, communication, training toold and standards of teaching are marked on a scale of 1-5.
We take all feedback seriously and address all aspects that can be improved. Without feedback we could not maintain the high standard of teaching that we pride ourselves with.
